Cost Consulting has one product with every feature included. What you choose is how long you pay for at a time and how many people use it. This article lists the packages and current prices, and explains how extra users are charged.
Free trial
Every new practice starts with a 30 Day Free Trial with full access to all features. You do not enter any payment details to register. Staff users you add during the trial are active until the trial ends. To keep using the system after that, buy one of the packages below.
Packages and prices
There are three paid packages. Each includes one user. The monthly and 3-monthly packages cost the same per month; the annual package has a 10% discount on both the subscription and extra users.

No VAT is added to these prices. For example, a practice of three people on the monthly package pays R950 plus 2 x R450, which is R1 850 a month.
Extra users
The person who pays for the subscription is covered by the main subscription. Every other active user is an extra user, charged for the same period as the package you choose. You decide which users to pay for each time you renew, so you can add staff when you are busy and drop them when you are not. A user you do not renew cannot sign in once their paid period ends, but their account stays in the system so you can activate it again later.
You can also pay for a new user on their own, without renewing the main subscription at the same time. The steps are in Manage your subscription.
Choose or change your package
You choose the package each time you pay, in the shopping cart under Account > Subscription > Make a Payment. To move from monthly to annual billing, pick Annual Subscription - Save 10% the next time you renew. The new period is added to your current expiry date, so renewing early does not cost you any days.
Payments are made online through PayFast by card or Instant EFT.
AI credits
AI document analysis is an optional extra that is not part of the subscription. It runs on prepaid credits that your practice buys separately under Account > AI Credits. Credits do not expire and are shared by everyone in your practice. A company administrator sees the available credit packs and their prices on the Buy Credits tab, after accepting the AI processing terms on that tab.
