Client Information, Invoicing and Reports
Navigation to Setup and Manage Clients you will notice the header section contains links to client information, invoicing and reports. Cost Consulting allows you to invoice your clients. view summary of outstanding payments and total costs involved.
Overview of Clients
There are three main items you can use from the client form header section.
- View Statement
- A client statement showing all outstanding payments, and also displaying the aging of these payments.
- View Invoices and Receipts
- An overview of Invoice and Receipts. You can also search specific invoices, however you will currently not be able to open the invoices or receipts from here.
- View Progress Reports
- Full progress report and overview of Cost Consultants and clients
View Statement
When viewing client statements, details from the client is added to the statement as well as details you completed on your company profile. Note that if you do not enter details on your company profile or client page, a placeholder will automatically be used.

View Invoices and Receipts
Viewing total outstanding balances for a specific client can be accomplished via the invoices and receipts section. You can view all outstanding invoices, payments received via receipts section and view what items have been paid and printed.
View Progress Reports
The progress reports for clients can be used to track the overall progress of matters for the specific client. The progress reports will allow you to see all comments, file tracking and other general information regarding the matter. You can also filter your results with the filters provided and download the progress reports as in PDF format.
